General terms and conditions of service

• The costs indicated in the price list on this website are exclusive of VAT, mailing charges, and provision of data.

Methods of payment

Single user:

• Payment online by credit card or payment by bank transfer with exchange rate applicable on the day the file is processed.

Large users:

• Monthly invoice based on the total amount of data processed within the month and payment by bank transfer within 60 days of date of invoice.

If large amounts of data need to be processed, DM GROUP S.p.A. reserves the right to enter into customer-specific pricing agreements privately.  Please contact us at info@mydatacleaning.it or telephone number +39.011.839.24.11 for further information.


Downloading of files

Payment by credit card will enable you to download the file immediately.  For payment by bank transfer you must fax a copy of the transfer to number +39.011.839.24.44. You will receive an email from us within a few hours confirming that you may download the file.
