DATA SECURITY

DM GROUP S.p.A. guarantees to protect and control the personal data handled, including information acquired through technical progress, the nature of the information and specific data handling characteristics, by adopting the appropriate and preventive security measures to minimize the risk of even the accidental destruction or loss of data, of unauthorized access, of unauthorized handling of data, or handling of data that does not comply with the purpose of gathering it, under the terms and conditions of italian legislative decree 196/2003.
In order to achieve the above, DM GROUP S.p.A. must implement the following activities, among others:

• creation of passwords;
• provision of a "disaster recovery" plan to retrieve accidentally deleted information.

DM GROUP S.p.A. may not in any way provide the data contained in the files received to third parties, nor use it for purposes outside the scope of this contract.

HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA

For the purposes of this contract, DM GROUP S.p.A. henceforth agrees to comply with italian legislative decree 196/2003 regarding the handling of personal data and in particular guarantees the rights of the party involved in accordance with article 13 of the above-mentioned law.  DM GROUP S.p.A. also assumes responsibility for the handling of personal data.
