MyData Cleaning® provides a detailed statistical summary of the standardization, deduplication and postal automation processes for each file processed.
You can therefore evaluate the level of quality of your data file and also verify quantitatively to what extent it has been modified and updated through the following processes:
- Recognized first and last names with assignment of the gender code
- Recognized locality names
- Recognized civic number, separated from the street name
- Recognized zip codes, separated from the locality name and province abbreviation
- Standardized addresses
- Verified consistency between the zip code, locality name and province abbreviation
- Zip codes and province abbreviations assigned correctly
- Corrected locality names
- Corrected street names in cities with multiple zip codes
- Recognized duplicate data
- Identified families
- Verified consistency between the zip code and province abbreviation with earmarking of generic zip codes in cities with multiple zip codes
- Postal automation of data in accordance with the Printed Material Guide of the Italian postal system
